Return & Exchange Policy

  • Online purchases are eligible for credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided items are in saleable condition.

  • Returns must include:

    • Original sales invoice

    • Jewelry/diamond certificate

    • All gift/complementary items

    • Original packaging and any included materials

  • Gift recipients may receive a nonrefundable merchandise credit.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn, resized, engraved, or damaged items

  • Custom or special orders

  • Items altered in any way

Quality Check & Refund Timeline

Once your return is received:

  • It will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team

  • Approved returns are processed within a few days

  • Refunds (excluding shipping) are credited to your original payment method within 3 weeks

Return Instructions

  • Package your return securely and fully insure it

  • Include the reason for return, original invoice, and all materials

  • We are not responsible for loss/damage during return transit

  • Improperly packaged or uninsured items will not be accepted

Returns can be mailed or brought to our retail location.

Order Changes or Cancellations

To cancel or modify an unprocessed order, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email. Weโ€™ll do our best to help.
